Is an apartment suitable for 2 people. Entrance through a hallway. Spacious living room, kitchen in characteristic, atmospheric Spanish style. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment has all the necessary comfort. There is a bed with good mattresses. The bathroom has a nice shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with all necessary facilities such as T.V., air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The thick walls provide good insulation for a cool night’s rest. A baby cot can be added in this room type. You also have a private patio.
There is also an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with sunbeds and seats.
(Due to COVID-19, the swimming pool is for private use for casa de Familia, if it is rented out. There is a public swimming pool in the village).

From April up to and including October this apartment is for rent for 7 nights / 8 days from Saturday till Saturday or from Wednesday till Wednesday. But if you have other plans (like a weekend, long weekend or other arrivals or departs), just let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
Price: € 450 per week – € 800 for two weeks
Single nights / Extra nights: € 70 (only in consultation)
From November up to and including March this apartment is for rent per night.
Price: € 55 per night
This apartment is less suitable for disabled persons en not suitable for wheelchairs due to the presence of stairs.

Check in / check out: Check-in and check-out is done in consultation with the guests.
Check-in: Normally from 15.00
But if you let us know what time we can expect you about, we can take it into account in our planning. Perhaps you can pass on what time and where your plane lands or how late you are about to arrive. The possibility exists that you have to wait for your apartment if you arrive early in the day but we do our best to have everything ready as soon as possible
Check out: Normally between 09.00 and 11.00.
But if you have a late flight, please let us know at the beginning of your stay so that we can see if it is possible to arrange a late check out, in connection with possible new guests.
In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply. We therefore advise you to take a cancellation insurance with which you can save costs in many cases.
A cancellation always takes place in writing via email. You will receive confirmation from us within 24 hours. We note that a cancellation is only valid after our written confirmation.
Our cancellation policy:
Refund up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
Refund from 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the total stay
Refund from 14 days to 0 days before arrival: No refund.
Terms of payment:
If you book more than 30 days before the arrival date, we will gladly reserve your apartment after a deposit of 50% of the total amount. This can be done via a transfer to the bank.
The remaining amount must then be transferred to our account in the same way at the latest 30 days before arrival. If not, your reservation will automatically expire. In that case we will not refund the advance.
If you book within 30 days of the arrival date, the entire amount must be paid for a binding booking.
Damage to movables and / or immovable property of our appartment and house or other objects that are made available to you will be charged to you on the spot with a separate invoice – you can also use this invoice for travel insurance.
